I am a past client of this provider She ended up having a stroke because she was so stressed out. I would like to see the employees improve. One time, I came home, and Charlene was on the floor.

I am a current client of this provider When they do send someone, they are really helpful around the house. Some of them help, but others do not. They couldn't ever get someone out here. It was supposed to be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but they just call and tell me when someone will come. Sometimes, I have to schedule my appointments around them.

I am a past client of this provider I just dumped Synergy in early 8.19 and signed off on the last time sheets a week ago. I'm relieved my 7mos with them is finally over! It was an extremely stressful situation and time for me. I wish someone had told me that the owner of Synergy and her daughter only care about themselves their staff and caregivers, they care nothing about the clients. I am a current client of this provider I think their billing is really bad also. I can't understand it. It's very confusing. There prices are exorbitant. The other company was charging $250 to try, and Synergy went up to $400. I tried to find someone else, but I couldn't find anyone else. The ladies who went in were fairly nice.

I am a current client of this provider I was discharged from the hospital yesterday, I have no one here today. That would be good start. They need to improve the coordination.

I am a current client of this provider They could help more by keeping his area clean and not waiting until the last minute to give him a bath. They need to be conscious of what they are doing. When they come in for an evaluation to make a list things we need done, the aide doesn't do any of those things on the list. Because of my husband's condition, he needs someone who is qualified and knows how to do the things he needs. He needs someone who is well trained.

I am a past client of this provider I would have to train every caregiver that would come in. It came to a point when they would not show up, and a substitute showed up. She said she couldn't do the care. There was a male caregiver that could care for us in respite care that was decent. It made my life miserable. Whenever I got back, I had to straighten things whenever I got back. SYNERGY left a whole lot of things lacking.
