I am a past client of this provider The caregivers (for the most part) were wonderful, loyal and hard working. However, the owner will take advantage of you by gaining access to your bank account and then "mistakenly" billing you for double the contracted price. Then, when you fire him, he curses you out, calls you crazy, then shows up at your home screaming at you until you have to call the police. This company is bad news.

I am a current client of this provider I thought it was going good until a couple of days ago. They need to be consistent, because it takes time to train somebody new. It gets pretty frustrating to keep doing it myself week after week. My cleaning guy did not get here, and they have not provided anyone. I am in a dire need of someone.They have done this in the past at the beginning, too.

We also need to make sure your driveway is plowed so they can get into your home. Learning of your need to have that service, I have secured a company to provide plowing for you. I am a current client of this provider My father has actually declined significantly since using them. I need them to do what I contracted them to do, which was to have a consistent caregiver trained in dementia. If they can't do what I request, I need them to be up front with me about it. They need to actually have someone that is trained in dementia care like they said they did. They also need to have consistent caregivers, which is what I requested. They need to show up on time. I am a past client of this provider They could be more consistent with the caregivers. They had time issues. They also kept switching providers. They would send a different one every time.

I am a past client of this provider I cannot even rate this company because they are so poor in quality, but had to mark something, so I gave them 1 star when it should be no stars. We hired them to care for my mother-in-law, however, what they told us and what ended up happening was two completely different things. They talked about how there would be a team and a team lead for her. That happened for about a month or two. After that it went downhill. I am a past client of this provider The caregiver was argumentative, and at one point, was even physical with her. They wouldn't listen to her. They need to listen the clients. They didn't listen to my mother's comments and complaints.

I am a past client of this provider They could have been screening better to see who is actually interested in care, and they could focus on mental health more instead of just physical stuff. They could have delegated instructions better to their staff. I would give instructions to a staff member's boss, and the staff wouldn't be clear on the instructions.

I am a current client of this provider I should be getting fifteen hours of services, but I'm only receiving six hours. I was in the hospital for a few weeks, and I've been home for a week, but now, I only receive services from the agency a couple of days a week.

I am a current client of this provider The first caregiver that came didn't help at all, but the sub that they sent never sat down. I wasn't happy with the caregivers because they sent a 20 year old. She would be here for a day and then not come back for a while.
