I am a past client of this provider They could have been more trained on how to take care of a person who is bedridden. They sent people who didn't know how to change Depends. We had to train them how to change the diaper. It was like we were doing a lot of the work by showing them. There needs to be consistency.

Other We were told no problem with care givers weekday mornings, most weeks we are on the schedule for one day. On rare occasions, 3-5 days are covered. The excuse:not enough employees. Aides leave early, would not do light work if it doesn't directly involve patient. Paperwork has been lost, cannot get insurance reimbursement without it. Months have passed. Not a good experience. Very unprofessional. Unreliable.

They should tell them that it is going to take a few months to deliver a consistent care team instead of saying that they have one ready. They should make sure the caregivers are adequately trained.
