I am a current client of this provider We only have two hours every other week. We are just getting started with them. At this point, Roger's caregiver helps him with his email since he can't type. I like that SYNERGY HomeCare is responsive to our needs.

I am a current client of this provider They should have gotten me a caregiver who spoke English well. It made things harder for her to have to speak to me using Google Translate. They sent me somebody that speaks Spanish and I do not speak Spanish, so we have difficulty communicating. They could send someone who speaks English, the language that I speak.

I am a current client of this provider Everyone they have sent to me are capable of doing things and they are in their 50's and 60's but they do not want to do things. The girls don't know how to do anything.

I am a past client of this provider I was very unsatisfied with the aides. I didn't trust them so I would rather not deal with anybody. A lot of the aides don't particularly care, they are more interested in the pay rather than the patient. That makes me not want to deal with the agency. Many of them are thieves.

I am a past client of this provider She did not like having someone in her home because she did not need it and maybe the people at her house were not a good match for her. I would say that meeting with the company was the most impressive part of the experience.

I am a past client of this provider They did do something that I needed done for my husband because I couldn't handle him on my own at the time. However they were not self-directed I had to be telling them what to do. I wouldn't recommend them because they did not educate their workers.
