I called this clinic to find out if they accept the Cinderella voucher from the Humane Society that pays $55 towards the cost of a spay for low income folks. They affirmed the acceptance of the voucher and offered appointment dates. The procedure is to drop of your animal at 7:30am and pickup at 4:30pm or earlier depending on their schedulign. I arrived at this clinic at about 2 minutes after 5pm (due to taking a wrong turn) with a sick animal. I was told that they closed at 5 and they could not help me. I asked if the vet was still in because I was very worried. The receptionist said yes they were in but they would not see my cat because they closed at 5. First off im not rating the value pets a one star im rating one of their employees and service i received this way. My family and i took our 3 dogs here for vaccines on a.Saturday morning they were busy but that's no excuse. There was the most awful receptionist named Wendy she's awful. She treated everyone there like we were all the.biggest hassle. She was even rude to her fellow coworkers and im not the only pay patron that noticed it. In August 2013, I had my dog spayed, vaccinated, and dewormed at the clinic. The receptionist and the tech were friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful despite one minor glitch: I also requested a fecal test, which was not done as expected. I did not have any issues with this as I was told to bring the sample to the clinic the following day.
