I wouldnt recommend unless you don't care about your pets health or life because they don't care unless you have lots of money, because they will drain your money. All they care about is bottom line is cash, not about your pet. This is not acceptable behavior because the customer isn't always right here , we took our 9 he old husky here only to not have a rectal exam done and to get xrays done and to have to wait over 2 weeks to find out results which we had to call and call to get results. We got charged for the reading of t... read more

I took my dog there for a toenail split. They wanted to do X-ray lab work and anesthesia over 400 I asked them to do lab work and check if she had an infection and we'd go from there. Everything looked good they gave me pain medication. That night she vomited for 2 days she gotten stiffer when she walked her eyes didn't look right and she hasn't eaten in 2-3 days. They only gave her a nausea and upset stomach shot with fluids pushed in her. No tests or lab work was done or offered to be done. She got worse to where she cou... read more

So after my bad experience where they gave my cat the wrong vaccine and he needed ER care, they proceeded to charge me for the service and in an incorrect amount.

Worst place ever! The doctor literally took 15 seconds to "exam" my dog's lump on her leg. She immediately recommended having her tested for cancer ($$$$). How so you go straight to cancer when my dog is young and the bump is new. She didn't poke the bump or gave her a antibiotic shot but you want to immediately test for cancer? Uh I think not. As soon as I declined, she said my dog would be fine and the bump would go away on its own. What? I guess you get what you pay for.

Honestly I have always told people to avoid "bargain basement veterinarians" but I decided that they should be able to handle a simple flea medicine sale. I took our 16 week old purebred ragamuffin kitten into value pet to get some revolution flea drops. At the time of the visit she was 5.8 pounds and was prescribed revolution feline 9 - 15 pounds. I took the package home and I am so grateful that I read the paperwork AND the actual medicine. The paperwork said 9-15 pounds but the dosage was for 15 - 22 pounds! Again for a k... read more

Since getting our puppy in Oct '17, we took her here because the previous owner had taken her here once so she was already on record. We only came in to do the first 2 sets of vaccines (not a fan of those, so we aren't doing the 3rd round if titers show she's immune). But the first time I had to take her in with a concern a couple of weeks ago, it was very disappointing and I finally learned "you get what you pay for". She had a lump on the side of her neck by her jaw UNDER THE SKIN that felt swollen and hard but not at all ... read more

I have taken my dog here for years for nail clips and shots. Generally a satisfying experience. There seems to be a very long wait time to get checked out. Not sure why, because every procedure is priced and approved by you before it is done. Saturday, I took my 18-year-old dog in to be put to sleep. They refused and gave treatment. In the next 24 hours, he died a horrible death and suffered very much agony without dignity. He deserved much better than this.

I was getting my kitten fixed and they called to say she was all done .. I waited for 1 hour for the doctor I understand they are busy but they should be more prepared. Also, I didn't want them to do a nail trim on my kitten since she will be outdoors and they still did it which was disappointing. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Save your money and your time. This is our second visit to this clinic. I really wish we hadn't given them a second chance. I'm not sure if the person we saw even was a veterinarian. She went right to us needing prescription dog food, prescription flea medication and a whole bunch of useless tests. This place is a bait and switch. They get you in there disguising low cost animal care then try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. It's sad. Save your money and your time and go to Affordable Animal Hospital on 6... read more
