BOO! awful wait times, indifferent staff... We took our dog there on a saturday... they said he has an ulcer on his eye, a blood infection, a torn tendon in his rear leg and "they dont know" on his front paw. They charged us 900 bucks. gave a leg wrap similar to the photo with the red/white. I followed up today. Thursday. The vet was not aware of any of the issues from saturday. assumed we had care elsewhere.... inspected the rear leg, said it was "fine" did not check his eye, ask about meds.. he had no idea what was going o... read more
I called this place to get an estimate on doggy dental and they wouldn't give me any information at all - no info on basic cleaning, price of pain meds, extractions, antibiotics. All they would say is, "schedule an appointment for $30 and we'll give you an estimate." TOTALLY shady.
Probably the worst vet clinic you can find. The incompetence ranging from receptionist to techs is astounding. The vets either don't care or have finished at the bottom of their class. Unfortunately the only non emergency place that accepts CareCredit, otherwise they would not get any business.

Horrendous wait times no matter when you arrive, no follow-up care whatsoever, and despite the name - super inflated prices. They have a low- cost office visit price and that's it. I took my dog there for help with his eyes. They prescribed a super low grade antibiotic and just kept telling me to wait for it to improve. After two visits for the same issue, I took him elsewhere. Poor poor service .. rough with animals and vets and their assistants all seem like they have no idea what they are talking about .. They stutter and say ummm and have to think about it . Took my cat in here to be overcharged and the issue not resolved after paying almost 1000$ you should not have to take your pet to another vet to follow .. wait times are long they do not call you if there is a problem etc.. you can hear staff talking about inappropriate subjects with fowl language. . They killed my baby girl. Please dont take your beloved pets hear. I blame myself a little for trying to save money and not walking out the moment i knew they werent qualified. I had the smartest, sweetest, veg out in bed movie night partner that loved to cuddle. She was a litter box trained rat named missy and in her file and on her medication they said she was a dwarf hamster. I paid to have a fine needle aspiration test done and they botched the test. This is Obamacare for pets. The experience is similar to the post office, DMV or Comcast. I could have waited patiently the 50 minutes alone in the exam room if someone would have communicated the wait times. Oh, and the wellness exam I paid $30+ for was a joke. I had to ask "is that it, aren't you going to check his heart, lungs and ears? " It's not worth trying to save a buck. Go where you and your pet will get treated properly and pay a little more. DO NOT GO HERE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Just the Tacoma office the Kent office is excellent and separately owned. I have an English bulldog that needed an ex ray to see how many puppies she was pregnant with. I waited 15 min to get into the exam room which wasn't bad. Once in the exam room was greeted by the nurse promptly. Then for 45 min not one person or vet came in the room.
