Horrendous wait times no matter when you arrive, no follow-up care whatsoever, and despite the name - super inflated prices. They have a low- cost office visit price and that's it. I took my dog there for help with his eyes. They prescribed a super low grade antibiotic and just kept telling me to wait for it to improve. After two visits for the same issue, I took him elsewhere. Poor poor service .. rough with animals and vets and their assistants all seem like they have no idea what they are talking about .. They stutter and say ummm and have to think about it . Took my cat in here to be overcharged and the issue not resolved after paying almost 1000$ you should not have to take your pet to another vet to follow .. wait times are long they do not call you if there is a problem etc.. you can hear staff talking about inappropriate subjects with fowl language. . They killed my baby girl. Please dont take your beloved pets hear. I blame myself a little for trying to save money and not walking out the moment i knew they werent qualified. I had the smartest, sweetest, veg out in bed movie night partner that loved to cuddle. She was a litter box trained rat named missy and in her file and on her medication they said she was a dwarf hamster. I paid to have a fine needle aspiration test done and they botched the test. This is Obamacare for pets. The experience is similar to the post office, DMV or Comcast. I could have waited patiently the 50 minutes alone in the exam room if someone would have communicated the wait times. Oh, and the wellness exam I paid $30+ for was a joke. I had to ask "is that it, aren't you going to check his heart, lungs and ears? " It's not worth trying to save a buck. Go where you and your pet will get treated properly and pay a little more. DO NOT GO HERE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Just the Tacoma office the Kent office is excellent and separately owned. I have an English bulldog that needed an ex ray to see how many puppies she was pregnant with. I waited 15 min to get into the exam room which wasn't bad. Once in the exam room was greeted by the nurse promptly. Then for 45 min not one person or vet came in the room. If you don't want your pet killed, make sure to do your homework on the prescription they give you before you give it to your pet as they have not.

I called this clinic to find out if they accept the Cinderella voucher from the Humane Society that pays $55 towards the cost of a spay for low income folks. They affirmed the acceptance of the voucher and offered appointment dates. The procedure is to drop of your animal at 7:30am and pickup at 4:30pm or earlier depending on their schedulign. I arrived at this clinic at about 2 minutes after 5pm (due to taking a wrong turn) with a sick animal. I was told that they closed at 5 and they could not help me. I asked if the vet was still in because I was very worried. The receptionist said yes they were in but they would not see my cat because they closed at 5. There was no concern or care for the well being of my animal. First off im not rating the value pets a one star im rating one of their employees and service i received this way. My family and i took our 3 dogs here for vaccines on a.Saturday morning they were busy but that's no excuse. There was the most awful receptionist named Wendy she's awful.
