So you serve a noise violation to a long term tenant because someone who literally just moved in less than 2 months ago complains that we are noisy. San Merano at Mirasol had rodents in the walls for well over 7 months that I lived there. There was very little help from the front office and the office manager just stalled me to get me out of my lease instead of helping me to resolve the problem. When I would show additional evidence of rats, I was told the apartment was cleared however they failed to mention they only came during the day 1 day a week when the rats weren't present. Worst place on earth it's like a prison Roaches everyday, skin burning hot water from every faucet, construction site noise 24hr a day 7 days a week month after month you can't work from home and live here it's impossible the noises from construction site are so constant and loud you lose business job and money. What is worse is the employees maintenance who stomp and pound on ceilings above you. This place is everyone's worst nightmare and I can't wait to leave and never come back
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Shady management, disrespectful neighbors, the works! Not to mention, the office will jack up the price of any perceived damages upon move out. BH is the worst management I’ve ever dealt with, I moved out of lake village in November not only did lake village apartments in Chesapeake charge me rent for a building that got burnt down 7days in to the month they charged me a whole month of living there when I wasn’t even living in the BURNT DOWN APARTMENT! I felt uneasy about this the management company when they were not responding to calls from my in-laws about their lease and unit they were promised. After finally signing the lease, BH Management contacted them to let them know the unit they signed for was no longer available only two days before they were supposed to move in. The BH Management allows residents to overfeed ducks to the point of pollution of the pond and surrounding area. The sidewalks have duck poop which is bad for pets and residents who track the poop inside. Shrubbery has feathers stuck as well as fencing. This is unsanitary and harmful to the wild ducks. Patches od grass worn away by ducks. The odor is bad and flies are attracted. Multiple direct complaints to management and the problem continues. The gates are poorly maintained and remain broken.
This company is the worse I've been having maintenance issues that still haven't been addressed. I have mold in my apartment that's been here for more then 3 months with nothing done about it. I call the office and they just give me the run around. I call corporate and they never return your call or get back in touch with you at all. The renter office doesn't answer the phone. I'm a former tenant and moved out on June 30th, I still have not received my security deposit back and have contacted the office and regional manager several times. Originally, the check was returned back to them since I was using a PO Box. I then provided them with my new address. This was in July. I still have not heard back or received anything in the mail. I reached out again today and maybe by leaving this review someone will contact me!
