I have been living here for Months and this place is a complete scam! They tell you your rent will be a certain amount then raise your rent. They have all these fees that are absolutely ridiculous. My apartment was dirty when I first moved in. The carpet was not cleaned, there was food in the kitchen cabinets. The walls needed to be painted I was shocked that this was actually rented the way it was. My A/C was out from March to July. I complained about that everyday! I've been waiting for someone to fix my toilet for three months, and I'm being forced to pay full months rent in the meanwhile. My apartment frequently has water intrusion issues and their solution is to slap some more caulk on wherever the hole is, instead of fixing the actual structural problems. Maintenance is months behind on fixing multiple tenants' issues because BH refuses to approve their budget, but are more than willing to hire some cheap contractors to "renovate" the complex while stiffing them with the bill. Break the lease charge was $1231. But they said I damaged the carpet and vinyl flooring. I feel like I left the apartment in good shape. My total move out bill they charged me was $3,357. It's basically their word against yours.
Despite the all bad reviews we read on Google, we thought it might be good and applied to move. We went through a terrible moving process. When we moved into the house, many things were unfinished and missing. Our moving date was postponed many times due to renovations in the house, but the house was still not ready when we moved. I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst management company I have ever rented through. They are absolutely horrible at communication and are making the move out process a horrible horrible process. I cant even get somebody to call us back with the information that Im looking for and Im fully prepared to *** them if they take away our security deposit, which I dont even know who its going to because I cant get a phone call back. Do not rent through this company. Whatever you do.

Weird they wouldn't even want some money then no money at all to get this settled. The communication and management here are the worst! I've been trying for almost four months to transfer to a new unit. It took three months to get approval after countless unanswered emails and calls. I was set to move on 5/31, but the day before, they pushed it to 6/1 due to a leak, which was fine since I preferred 6/1.However, after arranging the transfer of utilities and services, along with a furniture delivery, I arrived to sign the paperwork only to be told the apartment wouldn't be ready for another two weeks.
