The property manager would rather refuse any type of cooperation and just send an email to their legal department. Poor management company with horrible communication. Fee after fee, it's getting to be ridiculous. Go to the on-site office and the doors are locked in the middle of the day with no sign "out to lunch" or "closed". The maintenace team here are the only trustworthy ones. So disappointed that I resigned my lease. (***************)

This management group is awful!!!! I will never rent from them again!!!! Charging too much for unnecessary add ons. Also, residents have told me that the internet, Aerwave doesnt work, especially at night!!! And thats when most people are on it. The property manager even knows this so I dont understand why this company would want residents to unhappy with the service!!! They are the property managers of Bloom Apartment homes ********* we have had no working oven day 1 its been 5 wks they say say they don't know if it works when rent out cause gas not turned on? I've been asking for a lease renewal from this company for the last month. No one has gotten back to me with a response. I'm supposed to give the company 60 days notice when it's time to move. That 60 days notice will no longer be possible after this Easter Sunday which is 2 days from now. I've had limited correspondences with staff. We applied for ********************* in *****, ** and the application process was a nightmare. Its a scam to take your money and to take advantage of people who are trying to find a place to live. They denied our application and claimed that we didn't send our documents to them in time, even though we sent several photos of our IDs and the site that they use for verification said that we met income requirements and that the process was complete.
