I have lived at The Bricks in Atlanta for the last 3-years. The management at this property are rude an don’t know their handbook material very well. They have no sort of communication. Raised the rent at this property at least $300 an haven’t updated anything at this property since I’ve been here. Now during my 3rd year they are charging for “common area expenses” an have yet to tell their residents but expect them to pay it. I live at Milano lakes circle in Naples, FL Very unprofessional. Management changes once a year. I’ve lived at this apartment for 3 years and each year a different amenity was taken but the rent was always raised. Now I’m moving out they are going to charge us a disposal fee of $2,281 on account they said we didn’t give a 60days notice, even tho they said the latest we can renew the lease in 07/06/23. I recently applied for an apartment and was denied due to BH Management apparently filing an eviction order for me to vacate in 2019. The problem is I was never served any notice, and as I searched emails for payment confirmations, I have receipts that show that no rent payment was late. When I emailed BH Management to explain and provide something in writing to show that this was some error, I got the runaround instead. I have lived at the satori here in olathe kansas for almost a year. At first it was great. Then we had issues with electricity and plmubing. I voiced my concerns and they ignored them for months until i finally had enough. I read into the laws and found out i can hand them a legal written notice of lease termination if they did not fix the issues withing 2 weeks. So i did. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. I haven't lived at one their properties in three years. I disputed a claim on rent which was put on my credit report . I finally given up willing to pay the amount they said but the phone number they gave .dThe company doesn't have my information and BH isn’t willing tell me how to fix issue. They says it out of their hands and call the people who doesn't have my information. Can they legal do that?

If could give The Gregory in Cary, NC a zero I would. Being charged monthly for valet trash pickup and they don't show up, charged for exterminator and notified they will be coming and they don't show up. Trash piled up at around dumpsters (see google reviews for pics). Broken mailboxes that have been broken for greater than six months birds startrd nesting in them, tenants have to go to the post office to get their mail. Staff unprofessional nasty attitudes. As of August 16th I moved into Bloom Apartment Homes in Las Vegas Nevada. Upon move in there was a number of neglected appliance and cosmetic issues. Issues such as mold in the guest restroom, feces and animal hair on the carpets, unpainted and broken shelving and broken sink fixtures to name a few. January 6th we had a leak with our hot water heater that lead to water damages, effecting myself and neighbors downstairs. Been a resident past three years. Very rude, unhelpful management. Dirty air vents have made several requests for filter changes since yesterday but no one has responded. Have become sick with bronchitis from the dusty air.

I will post the same email sent to property management in Houston TX that went unanswered by any main managers. I am emailing you once again because our possessions and our spaces have been violated. The storage room we additionally rent out from the property (10A) was broken into and fishing gear and two adult bicycles were stolen. We have never paid our rent late.
