Verified Renter Overall it’s not all bad.. definitely could be better, in pricing and other stuff. The community isn’t bad but inside the actual apartment isn’t as you’d hope or imagine… everything is kind lopsided. No roaches so that’s good but there are lady bugs or Beatles and I’m always asking for pest control and they say they’ve been but don’t come.. they probably came just ones.. and I wish it was a lil cheaper or the we don’t get charged for the amenities we don’t use.. also there’s never any parking

Verified Renter I'm very happy at Arroyo Secos. Maintenance is superb and the office staff very helpful. Renee has gone above and beyond what her job entails. The community is very clean and visually appealing. The apartments are beautiful.
