Verified Renter It’s been good living here. The grounds are fairly well-kept, maintenance is prompt, & parking is 3rd-party enforced. The apartment is fairly quiet from outside noise, and the occasional minor incidents are well dealt with.

Verified Renter We love living here at Amalfi-it’s beautiful, conveniently located and wonderful neighbors. We’ve been here 9 yrs and are so happy with living here! The only thing I can complain about are all the fees, especially the $14.00 Liability Insurance I’m having to pay on top of my own Renter’s Insurance so that my belongings are covered.
