The Mill at Mill Creek I have lived at The Mill for over a year now and am very happy. The office staff and service staff are friendly and responsive to any need or concern I have. With the property being built in 1983, items are needing repair as they would in any home and I am pleased with the response time for repair within my unit. The best management in the city I have been a resident of Greentree Place for less than a year. My wife and I looked at almost every single apartment complex in the immediate area (Baymeadows and Southside) for a place that met what we were looking for in an apartment. From the beginning we knew we would eventually look for our own home to rent but we did not anticipate finding a home so quickly. In the meantime, we found Greentree Place. I won't be leaving any time soon! We have lived in this complex for over 14 years. We have seen it through its roughest of times and it definitely went through a rough spot. I have to say since Adrianna and her amazing team took over, we have seen so much and continue to see improvement. The staff is friendly, including the maintenance guys. When we have issues with anything in the apartment, they come right away to fix it. My neighbors are nice, even the ones that have moved away. I have remained friends with a few of them.... read more

Best apartments in the area!! After looking for decent apartments in the Clear Lake, Webster, Kemah, Friendswood areas I was terribly disappointed until I found Sorrento at Tuscan Lakes. These apartments are excellent. From the staff in the office to the pool and outdoor kitchen that is being built it couldn't be better here!
H<3ME Refreshed apartment complex and I am more than blown away. I grew up in Waco and passed these all the time. The new and continuing improvements to this complex are definitely why I moved here. The outside of this complex just pops with modern colors and design. When choosing an apartment or home sometimes you think well the outside is okay but the inside is better. Best Apartment Deal in Waco I have had an excellent experience here, and so have the friends who located here in the last year. The property has a police patrol every night and is in a good neighborhood. It's about as safe and nice as you can get without spending too much money, and the money you do spend is worth the investment. My apartment is modern and well designed, and maintenance has been great about fixing any problem-- the maintenance guy typically shows up an hour after I mentioned I needed help.
