Just amazing I have lived at Avila for a year now and love it here. My apartment is nice, maintenance is on top of things, my dog loves the dog park, and the new management is great.

Verified Renter Very clean and safe. Central location on the south side. Apartments are spacious and modern. Parking is tight, but private (paid) parking is available. Maintenance and management are responsive to requests.
Helpful Management The management team at Sandstone Apartments is simply fantastic. Anytime I have had an issue or question, they have quickly and professionally helped me. Couple days with the attractive apartments and landscaping, Sandstone apartments is a great place to live.
