Love this complex I moved in 6 months ago at the time that new management took over and renovations were to begin. The improvements are beautiful, management is friendly and helpful, maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The area is quiet and grounds are well maintained. I would recommend this apartment complex.

Resident of 3 years I've been a resident here for over 3 years. I can't say enough good things about this place. Of course the amenities are great but what really makes this an excellent place to live is the staff. The office and maintenance staff are exceptionally accommodating and personable. Thanks Gene, Kelly and staff for all you do!

Our new home I have lived here for a little over a month and wanted to wait to write a review until I actually felt like it was my home. I absolutely love it here. My kids also love it here. There are a lot of other kids that they can run around and play with. We feel safe letting them play because the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great Place To Live! I have lived at Montoro for a little over 5 months now and I absolutely love it! I have not had any issues and everyone has been very nice.
Love this place! I've lived at Riverside for over a year now. I absolutely love it here. I never here my upstairs neighbor or surrounding neighbors. It is always clean and the grounds are kept up. They also actually have resident events, unlike some places who say they do and never did like the last complex I lived at. The office staff is very friendly and they know everyone's name. Top choice and friendly staff!!! Me and my husband have been here about 4 months and I must say I am blown away by this place. The staff first off is incredibly friendly! I usually deal with Krista or Chris, both incredible customer service, not to mention charm! We absolutely love our apartment and the updates the property has been doing.
