Diaster Apartments What can i say about my apartment complex? I can start out by saying they're nice looking apartments, nice sized pool, daily maintenance but the problem with it is the people. There are drug dealers everywhere, people trying to break into cars and apartments and not to mention there was two murders INSIDE the apartment complex, so if you desperately need an apartment then come here if you dont NEED it then let this be your absolute last resort.
Economical but many trade-offs I have lived in Green Tree Apartments complex for about 2 years now and here are my honest review. Pros: 1. Great location It takes literally less than 3 minutes to get on major highways : George Bush Turnpike and I-35. Super Walmart is 2 minutes away, DPS (Driver license office), Asian restaurants, yogurt place, bakeries are only walking distance away. Decent The Canyons at 45th West used to be 5 stars but ever since these new owners bought the complex they have turned into a horrible place. The maintance has just disappeared. Our garbage disposal has been broken for over 3 weeks and our apartment smells thanks to that! I have asked 3 different times and each time they say they will get it done ASAP yet we are still with a broken disposal. The lady at the office is absolutely rude! One Unhappy Customer I have lived in Oak Forest for 2 years and I can't really say I would recommend it. First of all they seem to love raising rent prices by absurd amounts, thus why I am moving, and their maintenance staff couldn't care less about the tenants. I had a leak in my apartment last October and I reported it to the office staff immediately hoping it would be fixed, The maintenance staff didn't fix it until after Thanksgiving. Worst place ever I stay in County Club Creek apartments, Omg!! These r the worst apartments ever to live we have new management that doesn't no anything about managing and the maintenance never comes to fix anything plus these apartments are infestation with roaches,mice and spiders there has also been several shootings to the point that my kids don't even go outside anymore.I'm so ready to move can't wait till my lease is up.
Ignorance at its finest I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but as a prospective resident I'm completely turned off by the lack of consideration and blatant ignorance the leasing staff at Limestone operate with. If the office staff is zapped out and replaced, you've got the perfect complex It's a beautiful complex, beautiful apartments, just beautiful. And the amenities are great. But, my goodness, the office staff. They are the worst. You can try to get a hold of them for hours, no one ever picks up the phone. They are so lazy. They only pick when there is a prospective renter and they don't want to discourage them.
