run around this guy Nelson gave us the run around. we did everything he asked and we still didn't get the appt... this guy gives you the run around. from experience he doesnt no what he is doing. who ever hired him needs to go back and train him on how to talk to ppl and have a list from the get go. when we got what he wanted then he wanted something else...
Don't Give This Place A Second Thought My bathroom door had been broken for over two weeks. I had to ask the management team about the work order that was submitted online. The maintenance guy came by to fix it but I was in the shower. He said he was coming back today. He didn't until a week later. My bathroom is nice but my neighbor smoked and not just cigarettes. I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend because there is problem of internet, very slow customer service, very slow maintenance service, No newspaper delivery at my or at the front door, no working condition amenities, high price rent. I would only recommend if the price is lower.
Would not recommend Horrible experience with these apartments. Staff is unpleasant. Assistant manager is very unprofessional and rude. Our application process has been a nightmare. We paid our deposit and after that we had no response for three weeks we had got the rUnited around. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
Horrible I lived at this property for a couple of months and I felt like they treated me and my family horrible. So we are all human, and not ever check falls on the first, so went my wife went to tell them about the issue it was ok. Tell me why a week later, the constable come and knock on our door to hand is papers saying we owe an amount to the apartment for 75$ and more. Can't wait to move out I've been here for 5 years and I can't wait to move out. My rent has gone up by nearly $150 a month since I've moved in, with nothing to show for it. I now pay a lot more to live in an old apartment. The grounds are only kept nice in the front of the complex where perspective tenants can see it. The other areas have lots of dead grass, bushes and trees. People leave their trash all over outside of pick-up times. The two recycling dumpsters (two! No care for the condition of their place or for their tenets I lived there for five years... They never were willing to fix any broken appliances or replace them with new ones... Furthermore, there were water links from the ceiling that would cover our floor and belongings in water, because of a broken pipe three storeys above us... They simply just were unwilling to keep up on their place.... and spend any money whatsoever on improving the apartments of their residents.. Horrible place to live!! I absolutely HATE this place!!! They do not make sure the people living here are happy and taken care of and they do not take care of complaints!! They are very rude people and do not care about the people that live here!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone!!! I've had way too many issues from my apartment itself to the people upstairs. I have called the cops for noise complaints multiple times and the managers do absolutely nothing!!!

Exterior touch ups don't hide the problems inside We lived at these apartments for a few years, and between us and some friends we lived in 5 units. The first unit we personally lived in was great, upstairs 1 bedroom. But the stairs are incredibly unsafe in winter due to icing over. Our second apartment (2 bedroom) flooded terribly from an upstairs tenant's toilet overflow, and nothing was done to fix it - they didn't even replace the carpet... just put a single industrial fan in.
