Beautiful Place but WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN OFFICE I have been living there for about a year now and I was in love with my apartment! Once I got moved everything shifted. My whole lease contract was messed up so they made me come into the office to resign it. They failed to tell me my rent was increased by $220.00! Its my fault for not asking more questions but is not what I was expecting. All they could say to me was "well you signed this lease, so there is nothing we can do". Please come by the office so we can discuss. I am confused about your lease and pet fee. Not sure if they did not collect pet fee etc. when you moved in and when we audited the file we discovered that. We do have valet trash and you put it by your door in the evening for pick up. Our team does walk to make sure our hallways are beautiful and we do not want trash in the hallway all day. Would love to sit down and discuss with you. Deanna
Terrible The maintenance is terrible. Echo likes to brag about how they do same day or next day maintenance but I have had to repeatedly put in maintenance requests. They are never fixed until the 5th time I call in the same request and complain 5 times. Serious maintenance requests such as electrical and appliance problems are the most severely ignored requests. Ok I loved the community. It is brand new, so is everything else in the area. it's convenient to the shopping, but it would take me 30 minutes just to get from 99 to i10. The property manager is the rudest person! I was about to lease, but the way i heard her talking to someone... I'd just be scared to lease here. They will bribe you to lease with a free cruise. I'd rather be happy in my apartment than blah. just bad vibe equals negative thoughts.
Outdated and getting too expensive This place has nice amenities but one thing is the community is "supposed" to be gated. 2 months out of 12 maybe they all work. Noise can be heard in your apartment from the people stomping up the outside stair case. Makes your pictures on your walls move around. People hanging outside is not very becoming and does not make you feel safe. Work orders are not quick to be picked up or resolved. Aprtment Resident The apartments are old and the walls are very thin. The front is very nice with green grass and flowers. If you go into the complex, grass does not grow in certain areas and it is very dirty. Tree limbs are on the walkways and pipes are not covered with dirt on the ground. Be careful when you are driving in the parking lot because small children are running out in front of you.
Not good When I walked into the office I was greeting by a nice, pretty women she said I could take a seat. The women proceeded to tell her coworker about my appointment. The man did not recall & processed to have a tone about showing me the apartment & said he "didn't have time" keep in mind I was 5 feet from this conversation! Too Much for Too Little I have been at this location for 1 1/2 yrs so far. At first I thought the price was decent. However, I quickly became very dissatisfied with my apartments. We have changed staff and management several times. They have let the grass die. My rent went up about $100 the first year, and if I stay will go up again. The grounds are not kept up as nice as they were when I first moved in. The have painted half of the property and then stopped, TBA when the rest will be completed. Bad business practice and no sense of community The apartment is ok. Maintenance is responsive. But people are always moving out because of extremely high rent increases for lease renewal. Average 110-150$ increase. No familiar faces because a handful of people are moving out every couple of weeks followed by one or two people moving in. I have talked to everyone who moved out and it is the same concern: no steady neighbors, unrealistic rent increases for lease renewal and 60 day notice for moving out.
