Maintenance is horrible I am only not rating this place a one because of the friendly staff: I have been living in Avila or Sanger Oaks for a year now and I am happy to say that I am leaving. During my stay here the bathroom roof has been leaking on and off and the only excuse they can give me is its from someone leaving there water running above us; it has yet to be fixed. There are a few instances where the water had to be shut off for repairs made for the full renovation we are undergoing. Office does not care about residents needs Absolutely terrible!!! When I first moved in two years ago it was good but a year after, they changed management, twice, and both have been awful. They're rude, don't care about your needs as a resident, maintenance takes a month to fix anything (after calling 4 different times to ask when they were coming to make a repair) and the air ventilation is terrible. Roaches Do not move here-unless of course you like roaches. This apartment complex has a serious infestation problem. The front desk people are unresponsive and maintenance is slow. Roaches disappear for 2 days and then come back. I regret ever moving here.
Very Bad. I have lived at Sanger Oaks (Avila) for over six months and for the last four months we have been dealing with a very strong pet odor from the neighbor who lets their dog use their entire apartment for a bathroom. The smell is coming thru the wall into our apartment. I have notified maintenance and management numerous times and have been told that they would take care of it and that the neighbor would be moving out at the beginning of May which was a lie. Horrible Property This is one of the worst properties I have ever been to. First I called 5 times, and no one could ever set up an appointment. Then I asked for a manager who was never available. The staff was rude when I toured and acted like I was being a burden to see units. The area is scetchy too, and when I spoke to residents in the parking lot they all agreed there were too many problems and they were leaving. Do not rent here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If anyone says this place is great they either are liars or work there, this apartment is gross, unclean, there is always cops there, people who have no respect for their neighbors smoking weed, breaking beer bottles. BROOKFIELD PLACE This apartment complex is horrible, the management here is very rude and disrespectful, the tenants are all young and loud...a few years ago the property stayed cleaned every since they hired kids to do adult jobs it has not been the same. The managers that they have hired are all under 30 and speak to tenants very disrespectful. Poor Management This complex does look good for an alternative to Seattle living but the management is incredibly difficult. There have been multiple entries without notice (sometimes leaving the door unlocked!), over 27 entries in less than a year, no enforcement of designated parking or effort made to keep the fire lanes clear, mailboxes that are damaged from vandalism and haven't been fixed in over a year, high turn over for property staff....I could continue but most of it really is poor management.
