Not to well Customer service is bad an they have a pretty big bug problem
Great location but pretty bad crime We moved into these apartments October 2013 and for the most part we really liked them. The office staff was mostly friendly and helpful. No maintance issues, problems were usually resolved within the week depending on the problem. No bugs! That was one of the big things for me especially considering its an older apt. A little outdated This was my first community after school. It is a little outdated. But, I love the neighborhood and pond.
Started out okay We've been living in this apartment complex for several years. My husband and had fallen on hard times a few years ago and the management at the time was very understanding and patient with us. We recently have been having a similar issue except now the new management is very threatening, impatient, and pushy. Hardly anyone cleans up their dog's poo....trust me, I've stepped in it a couple times. So so The apartment itself is big and spacious, but when our neighbors cook, we have unpleasant odor in our apartment. It's awful! The walls and ceilings are too thin. The building always smell. The staircases have trash and dog urine constantly. 3 washers and 3 dryers but every time at least there is 2 dryers that are not working so you have to go to the other side of the complex to use the other buildings equipment. The parking spaces are good.
Awful place to live They gave us bed bugs, they forced us to pay to have the bed bugs exterminated, they lost our 60 day notice and then they sent us to collections without any kind of notice. Terrible customer service, extremely rude staff, and bed bug infested rooms. What more do I need to say?

Friendly staff, awful maintenance Moved in 5 months ago, in that time, my building's foundation has proved unsteady, causing a water leak and most of the doors inside my apartment to stop closing and locking properly. Opened a ticket for my front door not locking, maintenance arrived promptly, stated "I don't know what to do. I come back in the morning" and left.
