Montoro Apartments It so many problems here, roaches, VERY SLOW ON MAINTENANCE, & they Barley answer the phone
They lie about security gate, section 8 units, and repairs. When I moved in I was advised that this was a secure gated community with security patrolling. Lie--- the front security gate hasn't worked in for 4 years, so anyone and I do mean anyone can come in. The security patrolling does not exist. If you have vandalism to your vehicle good luck if their cameras were working or even on at the time. I questioned section 8 housing as a major concern of mine. Would have recommended in the past... would NOT recommend now! Upfront I want to say, I liked it, I renewed when I had the option, and I would stay longer if the price was right. Unfortunately, with the new owners the rent has gone up almost $200 for a 800 sqft one bedroom. That's a lot when they barely give you notice of the increase & you have to notify them 2 months before your lease is up if your staying or not. The rent use to be reasonable but not any more. worst property They say pets 25 lbs or less they have people with pitbulls going to bathroom and tenants not cleaning. You ask for something to get fixed if your lucky and its a easy fix it will if not wait forever to get it fixed. Managers not professional and people watching when you leave so they can break in your home. Security funny no one ever sees them around one club house you can never use. Looks Are Deceiving This complex is not all it claims to be... all this property management cares about is receiving your rent each month, it does not care one bit about its residents. When you move into this complex on the advertised special you are not told that each and every year your rent will be increased by an unfair (not legal) amount. zero management We have lived here for 3 years, simply because of the low rent costs. Since we moved in we have been through SEVEN different management companies!! We have never had a single work order filled. The pool is never open due to "health hazards"! The insides of the apartments are actually quite spacious with lots of storage space (for an apartment).
drain flies and cockroaches received an email from front desk concerning people selling drugs in the parking lot...enough said.
Capitol of the land of enchantment To put in a few words- Vista Alegre is hotel living with a lease. Communal laundry, no elevators (stairs only), and loud car noises on the first level. Beware of bare-thin walls as you will only find plaster and dry wall between neighbors (no cinderblocks). The levels are so thin, you can hear your neighbor take a leak in the toilet above you. The Paddock Club Review Good location, old buildings and needs rennovations. Office staff is friendly but are not quick about fixing requests. Lake view is beautiful and pool side area is nice. Some break-in's and sometimes a lot of children wandering around. Gated but gates do not always work. I will not be renewing my lease. Prices are too high for the quality of living.
