Any time I submitted a maintenance request, it was addressed immediately—usually within 24 hours. They keep the grounds and buildings immaculately maintained, which makes it feel like a high-quality home rather than just a rental unit

Verified Renter The dog parks are not well kept. Owners do not pick up after their pets and the bricks are a tripping hazard. However, the living space is nice and the maintenance respond efficiently! The laundry room and pool is awesome! They even had a dog pool day! The payment app is also efficient.

Verified Renter First few days have noticed a few issues such as fridge not staying closed all the way and vent hood in kitchen is broken leading to smoke build up and fire alarms going off, but other than that everything is working fine
