Verified Renter I do really enjoy almost everything about the complex. Good summer pool, well maintained grounds, and extremely quick services to fix issues. My only complaints are 1. Many people with dogs in the complex do not clean up after their dog in the park, forcing me to walk around it the few times my dog is here in STL. 2. The cabinets are covered in a white plastic that peels and makes the entire kitchen look subpar and cheaply made.

Verified Renter We have lived here for going on 3 years. We don't talk to anyone and our neighbors barely look at us, yet this building seems to be social with everyone but us. I don't know what we did, but whatever. I enjoy my patio, grass, and wall.
Verified Renter Apartments are nice. They could maintain them a little better. Currently they are painting the outside, but the windows are single pane and let in a lot of heat in the summer.

Verified Renter Very cute apartments, I couldn’t wait to move into here! They offer a laundry site not too far from apartment buildings as well as a gym in the same building. Really nice pool, and an overall good area to live in !
