Verified Renter Outdated air conditioning. Window units do not provide enough for the extreme heats of STL in the summer boosting your electric bill. If they could fix that it would be amazing
Verified Renter Experience has been satisfactory, but having to use a cane on steps without railings is difficult. The apartment has everything a person would need to live comfortably The neighbors are courteous and pleasant. My dog loves the dog park.
Verified Renter So far it’s been nice, the pool is great and super convenient gym and laundry room. Love the dog park! Been here for almost two years and never complained and never had a complaint. All is good.
