Verified Renter I love the responsive staff and the student discount I get for living here while enrolled in college part time. The walls are really thin though, so I'm always cold. Budget a little more for AC unit usage and overall this will be an affordable, nice place to live.

Verified Renter It’s been pretty good so far.Really enjoyed the pool this past summer,& the pavilion w the bar b q grills.Had a couple of nice bbq’s there.Also saw how they replaced some of the poolside furniture very nice.Seems a lot cleaner this year.I like how they painted the outside of our complex,& also appreciate the maintenance men always show up in a timely manner,& most of the time correct the issue
Verified Renter Air conditioning hasn’t worked properly in years, even with multiple maintenance inspections. apartment can get up to 90 degrees with the central unit running. I’ve spent over $1000 for portable units in each room. Other than that not bad. Friendly property staff, responsive to issues brought to them (other than the ac issue). Maintenance promptly fixes most problems. Haven’t had any issues with parking or safety. Overall not a bad experience.
