No idea where to put the request for reimbursement. Called helpline and they have no idea either about this app.
Terrible! Can only use my phone to request reimbursement, not my tablet. Also submitted receipts and they are not releasing funds stating receipts are not readable and I can't cancel and resubmit! With my company would use another company!
Still the worst app on the planet. Worst of all it used to be ok but now they have a "search filter" that you can't get past. I just want to submit my claim it's my money not yours.
As bad as everything else about this company. 1 star because I can at least upload a photo directly without going through my PC.

terrible and confusing interface
This application sucks. Unable to get assistance to submit bills for payment
Confusing and not user friendly. Very difficult to upload verification forms and not a lot of clearly explained instructions. They want your 1st born to verify a $25.00 transaction. Is easier to pay the damn bill then waste hours trying to satisfy their requirements for reimbursement on a non user friendly app. I suspect that is not by accident and they know this.
Unable to successfully enter reimbursement request. Categories are NOT user friendly.
