Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't. Fingers crossed my employer has a new contract next year. 🤞🏾
TASC changed its system this year and introduced this new app which was intended to make things simpler. I would rate the app poor but I think it's the new system that I find most frustrating. I've been told by customer service that the bugs will be worked out by the end of the year. I'm still waiting. I've enjoyed using TASC for 4 years but the new system has me questioning whether to sign on for 2022.
Can't get to our investment account.
This app has horrible functionality. The numberous amount of hoops that one needs to go through to get reimbursement, the horrible ways in which files are saved, and the clunky performance make me hate that my employer uses TASC.
