Won't open and I'm missing over $400
Even when I attach verification I get declined payment for to lack of verification and I have to call. Very frustrating

Worst at best
TASC declines transactions when there is available balance. No notifications, no explanations, just embarrassment in the doctor's office. Apparently, I'm not the only one dissatisfied with this service. Will be telling my employer.
I have had nothing but trouble. Not excepting my receipts for one reason or another. Lost my name completely off the account for some time. Finally got it resolved. And at times still declines my receipts .
Pitiful
Clunky, not very user friendly. Need to make the app way easier to use
Nothing but problems with uploading documents. Customer service can't fix it. Had to fax the documents last week and still nothing updated.
