Dreadful! I've been on it for 6 months & now it won't load onto my new phone:-(.
Horrendous. By far the worst app I've ever used. Doesn't maintain application state. The session management is non-existent. Provides generic nondescript error messages. Layout is nonsensical. If I could give this app negative stars I would. An app this bad shouldn't be fixed - they should just give up.
Incomplete records. Very confusing the various catagories, My Cash, and trying to find complete records of spending for the entire year is not available. Customer service is horrible, hard to understand and advise you to use the web site. How rediculous, the web site is more useless none of the pages will load, even after cleaning cookies, cache and restarting. So glad our company is changing from Tasc. Happy to uninstall this app and never use it again.
At first this app worked great. Now I'm lucky if I can even log in. Even when I try from a laptop, I can't sign in. Customer service is only open Monday through Friday. It's been a week since my employer sent my dependent care money to TASC and it's not showing up in my TASC account. Frustrated beyond belief. Wish this account worked and am wondering who has my money?
Half of the reports don't work. Difficult to navigate.
This would be a great app if if would actually work. Twice over the last few months I have tried to get in the app and a red banner saying something went wrong and to call an 800 number. When I did it last time the guy said to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did it this time and it didn't work, I logged out and back in and finally worked. Shouldn't have to reinstall everytime I want to use the app or log out and back in again. It is ridiculous to have to do such things everytime. Fix it ASAP
Unable to login. On the website, I can log in fine, but on the app, it asks me for my email address and says it cant find the user, even when I try "forgot password" I know the email is correct since I double check it with my online profile.
This Apps is piece of sh**.. keeep freezing and really slow ... i will give 0 Star..
