The application is different to navigate. The application does not update at real time and actually speaking to the customer service reps is even worse. Honestly the worse application I've ever used.
Works about 10% of the time. There's usually a red banner in top saying there is an issue and to call a number. However, the number takes you nowhere and ends up hanging up on you. When it works, it's actually a pretty good app. But, good luck getting it to work.
Difficult to navigate
Unable to even log in. Sign in, enter 6 digit verification code, and i'm right back to the log in screen again. Hoped last update this morning would fix, no such luck. Might as well uninstall.
Keep getting an error message. Can't see balance but one time since I set up the app several months ago. I might as well not have the app if I cant use it.
Installed the app and tried to register as new user, didn't recognize my work email and said it doesn't exist. Don't think this app worth a pile of well you can figure the rest out
I'm not sure which is worse, the app or the entire company, because the website & customer service are just as bad. My company just switched our HSA to TASC less than 3 months ago, and within 6 weeks they had so many complaints both from employees and HR that they are getting us back to our old provider as quickly as possible. I read the reviews before I downloaded the app and thought it couldn't possibly be that bad, but it is worse! They are holding my money hostage. Just run the other way!
Can't log in always asks for a 6 digit code that i dont have and there are no options for sending/ recieving the code only option is to cancel.......
No information showing-red banner at the top says something went wrong and to contact them. Call the number and it's a "let's see if you qualify" number. No matter what you push it's a continuous barrage of offers. Come to find out the number is not even associated with TASC. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has changed. Very disappointed.
