The app won't let me log in without creating a 4 digit code. Every time I try I get an error message that says something went wrong
The app is beyond garbage. Wait, crash, stalls, slow. Something along that every single time.
Never loads documents correctly and customer service is never able to help.
Too picky on what the receipt needs to have listed on it.
Very slow..this company is slow to process claims holding my money hostage. Numerous unnecessary delays. Update...these people hold your money hostage. They receive legitimate documents and fail to pay the reimbursement request in a timely fashion....employers please use another company when choosing FSA plan UPDATE March 2024...this app went from from bad to worse...now they make it more difficult to request reimbursement....can't wait to drain my $ from TASC as they hold our money hostage!
Updated 3/4/24 - The app is now functional on my S23 Ultra. It's been working for a few months now. Crashes at login. I can't log in at all. Red error pops up then the app crashes and closes.
Nothing works
The update has ruined this app. I cannot use it at all. I ah e reached out to support they've said they fixed it. Yet no success "creating a pin" so I can log in it just errors out. I luckily can access through a web browser but this app is relatively useless until they correct the issue.
