4-Digit Code Broke App - Can no longer log in and many have said. You're prompted to enter a 4-digit code and nothing works.
Difficult to navigate
I understand making sure your site and client information is safe, but this app is practically unusable. After logging in and verifying two-factor authentication, the app consistently requests I set up a four-digit passcode. Easy enough, except that the system rejects any passcode I submit. Save yourself the headache and just go to the website!
I hate it, it's like being punished for having a TASC card and I intend to cancel as soon as I use up the money I put on the card. I have to jump through too many hoops to access my own money.
This is the worst, can't get reenlistment it has denied me . I couldn't even use the card to get medication, I want you to get this resolved emidatley
App used to work great, no problem. Since most recent update I am running in to same issue as some others have mentioned where I am asked to create a 4 digit security code, but it always gives an error making the app unusable and worthless.
No Access to Account or Resetting Password without calling a 1-800 number? That's incredibly inefficient and plenty of people don't have the time to sit and wait for an underpaid rep to reset their password. If other services allow this, why the hell can't you?
App still not working even though I called them, which didn't resolve the issue. I'm also getting an error when trying to create a 4-digit code. Whatever update they did recently broke the app irrevocably. TASC support, please stop telling people to call TASC. It doesn't fix the problem. Just fix the app and forget about the 4-digit code. Two step authentication should be enough.
Near impossible to get a human to respond when they reject a reimbursement. Previous company my employer used was much better.
