If i could rate this at a -10, thats where yhis app would be. Very bad experience with this app. They push this app on you but you can barely login. I have to 100% of the time just use the website.
Stuck on "create a pin" error, no opt out or bypass
Haven't been able to sign into the app for months. Keeps asking me to create a pin code even though I already did. Errors won't let me sign in.
This app literally does not work and has not worked in close to a year now.
Still trying to get app to download. So it is not a good experience.
The app does not allow me to upload receipts and I get no support from customer service when I ask for help.
It regularly encounters errors that have no explanation, usually preventing me from logging in. It essentially doesn't work at all.
Doesn't work anymore. After entering the login ID and password, it asks me to create a 4 digit pass code, but gives an error message after entering a 4 digit code. The app didn't used to require a 4 digit code. If you're going to require one, then let me create one, or assign one to me...I don't care, I'd just like to be able to log in again!
This company is horrible! I hate that it was my city that selected this company to be cheap. I hate this company. I would rate 2 thumbs down 👎 and a negative star
