Cross Country Mortgage was extremely easy to work with. Azlee Miles was very professional and quick to address our needs. If there was any follow up items she took care of them instead of passing the burden onto us, as so many others tend to do. We are out of state and working through this process remotely was a breeze, from documentation to safe signing. Cross Country Mortgage made our home buying process so easy. Where do I even begin? They were awesome - I’ll start there. We bought our home in the middle of a pandemic and she worked hard to make sure we closed on our new home as soon as possible. Mistie was smart and patient. She answered every single question we had and even set up a zoom meeting for us to review closing docs while everything was shut down. We felt so lucky to have worked with her. I just finished a refinance through team Gavin. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend them. They were professional and the whole thing only took about a month. They were great! Closing was at my house so it was convenient and safe.

I refinanced since rates were going down. Team Gavin was amazing. The application process was easy and well explained. Team Gavin was there through all the questions making it easy to keep the application process rolling.
