This was a pretty easy experience. I was particularly impressed with the work of Andrea Webb. When the builder was uncommunicative and delaying the completion of the house, Andrea was not only a good ear for my problems, but she also made contacts with the builder that could move things around. Citywide was accurate and easy to work with.
