We worked with Team Gavin on purchasing our first home. Our lender and his assistant could not have been more helpful if they tried. Team Gavin did an excellent job with our loan! The best part of the experience was the clear and consistent communication throughout, starting from the initial info packet and email that explained everything we needed to bring to our opening, face-to-face meeting. After that we were able to handle everything remotely; I received weekly emails with status updates, and every time a document or signature was needed on my end, I was contacted with clear explanation and instructions. Gavin and the rest of his team were extremely helpful and went out of her way to get several quotes for us. There were a couple of times early on in the process where I would have liked to hear back from her a little sooner but as time went on she was very responsive.

I worked with Team Gavin at CityWide and honestly I never thought a lender could be so warm, friendly, helpful and thoughtful! The entire process was explained clearly and I got weekly updates of where my loan was in the process! Team Gavin was amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions regarding the process, but they were available every step of the way (even on evenings and weekends!) to educate me and alleviate my concerns. I was a first-time home buyer so naturally there were a lot of nerves involved. I cannot say enough great things about Team Gavin. From the very beginning, they included a powerpoint explaining a step-by-step guide of the loan process and then continued to use that as a blueprint throughout. We had a great experience with Team Gavin. Our phone calls were returned immediately. They stayed ahead of the documents needed from us so that nothing was done last minute. They took the time to explain each step and to answer all our questions. Our lender worked well with our realtor so that we didn't have to be the middle man.
