Though I never made personal contact with Gavin, his team was amazing. From the VERY beginning. Originally, my wife and I were going to go with a different lender but we were not getting the information we felt we needed. I called City Wide and made contact with Scott Gereaux, from the start, Scott was very helpful, explained everything in plain detail and did not "beat around the bush" for anything. Team Gavin was incredibly helpful in the home buying process. They were able to answer any questions we had and if they couldn't they researched it for us. Shawna Sovine was exceptionally helpful. We had to do extra paperwork for our CHFA grant and she made sure everything was perfect. Everyone answered emails quickly. The whole process was better because we worked with them.

They were always attentive and helpful. If there was every a glitch -- and there were very few in the complex process of securing a mortgage -- they were handled promptly and with courtesy.

Gavin Ekstrom and Charmaine Booth were very helpful through the whole process of getting our mortgage. Its tough task to go back and forth to collect so much information but they did it with a great attitude m and were very responsive to help us along the way.

I worked with Margarita Offermann from City Wide to help with my first loan. I knew nothing going into the process and she was happy to answer my questions. I learned a ton, she was always quick to get back to me, and I always felt like I was in great hands which is important as the process can be a bit stressful at times.All in all - I felt like she had my best interest first which was really great to experience.

Team Gavin Ekstom was amazing! They answered all of our questions! They were very patient with us! Being first time home buyers we had a million questions they were very fast to respond and explain every part of the home buying process to us! They kept us up to date on every step as we went! I don't think we could have a better experience! We worked with Rachel, she was amazing, sweet, and caring!
