We came on a Sunday (6/9/24) with my two sons and the service was terrible for a slow night. We weren't approached until we asked the greeter who our server was, the waiter/waitress who was supposed to be waiting on us was busy with outside tables (we were told). Once our order was delivered, it was missing items and ultimately made us feel like we weren't wanted. We’ve been to other locations and really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately, from our server pretty much ignoring us, to our food being cold when it came out, to our order being incorrect, this was just an overall terrible experience. We plan to still visit other locations, however this one has officially lost our business.

So I raved about this place, settled for a dinner reservation because 24 hours was not enough ahead of time to book, so you'd think this place was packed for good reason - and was more than a little disappointed. When we got there we were asked "how many" and were to be seated as if there was no reason for a reservation at all. It was NOT booked or busy by any means. I’ve been to Ted’s for brunch, but never dinner. The waiter, was also serving as the bartender and we were completely ignored for 45 minutes. When he finally did come over he was rude and messed up our order. Won’t be going back here for dinner again

Party of 5. Food was great but our server was terrible and obviously couldn’t care less. Had to go to the front of the restaurant to find her at the beginning of the meal to ask for water, then had to do the same after waiting more than 10 minutes for drink refills. We passed and took the check. Whatever conversation she was having out front was far more important than our table.

Loud music and even louder wait staff in the bar area hanging out. Our server was super rude as he just drop things off without talking. The place needs a deep cleaning.

We arrived at 5 and place was empty and we could not get service as waitresses all were interested in only talking to each other . Menu was a large variety and food was good . We started with rations and taters and they were good then we have a pickled flavor chicken sandwich and chicken piccata which weee good . Hold The Flies Please! 🥹 We had one hell of an experience. Eating good and fighting back flies. When we first arrive the place was very stale and missing ambience. We were taking back to a section/table where flies were already seated. We had to ask for a table without flies. I mean the whole section was swarming with flies, not nets, fruit flies but big black flies.I was being a good sport because we was out for lunch for my father’s birthday. Sadly, food quality and taste has gone way down. I could not eat the biscuits or hash browns due to horrible aftertastes. Chicken pieces were small. They were out of gravy at 11:30. Will not be going back any time soon.
