The server was painfully slow, and inattentive to the point that we had to have our dessert removed from our tab because it took him so long to get through the other tables that he had. The food was bland, and my wife and I found ourselves adding salt and pepper to every single dish. It was not a busy night. I just don’t think he was very experienced as a server.
2 eggs, bacon, 1 slice of toast and 3 slices of avocado cost $15. Not sure how you mess up scrambled eggs but they were tasteless. My guest ordered pancakes. The top one was fine but the 2 underneath were burnt. Server never came back to refill coffee and it took forever to get the check.
Place is filthy and poorly run, food was disappointing, won’t be back.

Our waiter didn’t seem to know what was happening. The food came out of order over an extended period of time and items were missing. It wasn’t even busy. He seemed confused we spoke with him. On the bright side, he was friendly. The kitchen seemed disorganized as well. The food was okay, except the cheese sandwich was uncooked. We were surprised, because we have had good experiences in the past.
PJ Clark was much better. Excellent food and top notch service!!
My husband, another couple and I went to Ted’s Bulletin- Capitol Hill on a Friday night. We had made reservations and were immediately seated upon our arrival. The waitress took our drink order and returned in a timely manner. We ordered appetizers and decided to share some entrees. One entree came out first and a side. Then a huge beautiful salad came out that we did not order, but the waitress tried to argue with us that we did order that specific salad. (We had ordered a different one.) Next, another entree came to the ta... read more
