We were so looking forward to experiencing this restaurant in DC. We typically have visited the chain in the Mosaic District, Fairfax. So disappointed. Our food, all of it was barely warm! It was not freshly prepared including my biscuit. My partner's toast wasn't even warm enough to melt the butter. Will not return to this restaurant again. We were there at 8:00 a.m., not busy at all.
Waited over an hour past the res time to be seated despite reservation and hostess was very rude about it.
Would rather just give feedback to restaurant
We had heard amazing things about Ted’s Bulletin so we had made a reservation two weeks in advance for brunch on a Sunday. We arrived on time and was told that it would be an additional 10-15 minute wait as they were waiting on some tables to leave. Our wait ended up being 40 minutes in total. In addition to the wait, the drink that was brought to me was not the one I ordered. They offered to bring another drink but we had finished our meal at this point. All in all, disappointed and will not be returning.
No movies. Management said it wasn’t working. It looks like a prop. Strange odor in restaurant. Not a clean restaurant as seen in the picture. Lots of food, but doesn’t taste good. Best were their French Fries and coleslaw . Waitress was very nice and understanding of our disappointment. She did her best to make our time there pleasant. It wasn’t crowded. Some people appeared to be enjoying their food.
Noise level was high but it’s the location. The service was sub par and the food was just okay
The service was abysmal. We ordered an appetizer that never came. We both had a drink before dinner. I would have had another glass of wine if our waiter had stopped long enough to ask. My husband ordered a beer with his dinner that came right as he finished eating. They are super stingy with the ketchup. They dole it out in tiny ramekins that only hold about a tablespoon. We had to ask multiple times to get enough to go with the fries with our fish and chips. The food was passable but we probably won’t go back.
My reservation was at 4 and the hostess told me that he couldn’t sit me because the server no was there,after wait 10 minutes, i asked again,and he told me the same, I asked for the manager because I didnt understood why they didn’t have server at 4:10, finalelly the manager ordered for me the food, he was nice but no one asked me if I was okor sonething , the server started to arrive at 4:15, no professional the service.
