Good food terrible service. Our drinks came 20 minutes after ordering and our food has arrived. Only 2 of our orders were delivered. My husband and our friend got their food and I got nothing. Another 20 minutes went by and still no food for me. My husband and my friend had to eat their meals as it was eggs etc. so they eat their meals and i still hadn’t received my meal. Waited an extra 20 minutes after checking in, because the hostess didn't do her job, then lied to us about the problem. (First she said that she misheard my name, then she said that the manager called my name... well, which one was it??) Even once she figured out the problem, others were sat ahead of us. And the food wasn't great. The pancakes were salty (??) and the salad was served deconstructed / not tossed or mixed.

I was shown and promised a table that was given to another party. When I discussed the issue with the manager he was unapologetic and rude!

I had a reservation yesterday, February 15th, at 12:30 p.m., and the experience was extremely frustrating. I arrived early and checked in, and at my reservation time was told they were running behind because no tables were available (why make a reservation then?). I completely understand delays happen — however, I wasn’t seated until about 12:55 p.m., more than 20 minutes after my reservation time. The French toast wasn't quite to my liking. Too crispy for my taste. Also, they rush/pressure you to get out the door even when you're still trying to finish your coffee.

Have a disappointing experience at Ted which is rare. Order the Mew York Strip steak special and got the hanger steak. The waiter said he was told it was the strip steak. I showed him a picture of a new your strip steak and a hanger steak to verify the difference. They did not offer a correction, they asked if I wanted to order something else. I kept the hanger steak which was prepared well.

We arrived to a practically empty restaurant at 5:45 and our order was promptly taken - however the service was suddenly non-existent as the place filled up - we waited over 1/2 hr for food and apps & dinner brought out at same time. Then drink orders were forgotten then dessert order didnt come - we got up to leave and asked about dessert - it was milk shake and they said they were backed up with 8 orders but then the manager made it and we left late for show
