Brought my very sick cat here to be put down. We informed staff he was actively dying and suffering if they could hurry up and help him because he was obviously suffering. They said they needed to do an "exam" on him that was really just getting his weight. They would come in and out of the room wasting time when he was very quickly losing his. They took him back to get a catheter even tho we let the doctor know he was dying. He ended up dying alone without us because they wanted to waste our time and take our money. When th... read more
These people don't even answer their phone. I called right when they opened and multiple times 15 and 30 minutes later. It's clear they are lazy and have no work ethic
Offensively Rude Staff! I have been bringing my pets here for 20+ years, but no more! I understand why they only have 3-stars. This morning I took my pet in for a flu booster shot. Due to Covid procedures they have a staff member outside for check-in. This is the second time I've dealt with this particular staff person, I believe her name is Christina, an older heavy-set hispanic with long dyed blond hair. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I had an appointment today 08/30/2021 @ 9AM for my cat to receive his Vaccine booster. I ended up cancelling this appointment due to my complete dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. I arrived a little early to his appointment (around 8:30 AM) and when I opened the door, I was not greeted but was rather was told to wait outside and they would be with me shortly in an annoyed tone. DONT GO HERE! This place ripped off my 83 year old grandma! If I could do negative stars I would. They don't care for the goodness of your pet, just trying to get your money. Making up different names for the same procedure ranging from $48 - $250. Take your pet somewhere else.

Worst customer service. Made an appointment and waited over 40 minutes. Left in disgust. They don't know how to run the business. Their doctors may be good but it doesn't matter if the staff isn't organized and know how to treat customers.

Just as a human hospital, we cannot always predict the wait-time because each appointment is different. Emergency cases also take priority at times and do cause inevitable delays. This vet never answers the phone. You leave a message and it takes them 3-5 days to return your call. The online service to make an appointment doesn't work either. One time i just kept calling and and calling until someone picked up. I must have called for 20 minutes straight. Finally someone answered the phone and he argued with me that they do answer the phones and return calls. If they would just answer the phone, I would have no problem giving them 3or 4 stars. Worst fucking pet hospital ever. Be careful when you make appointments and make sure you're talking to people that knows whatever the hell they are doing. Otherwise when you get there they'll just blame on the call center and say they don't know what they are talking about.

Only giving this place an extra star because they were able to see my dog sooner then our original appointment. The people (person) that greats you out front in NOT friendly at all. Rude to me and my wife and others bringing in their animals. She was, however, nice to one guy but had attitude to everyone else.
