My experience with Jeremy was one I do not wish anyone who is car buying. First I arrive he takes me for a quick drive then we head to his desk to start the deal then after negotiating I did not a good deal so o left I messaged Fransisco again because inquiry was made online so he was the intermediate contact. I am 66 years of age and buy a new vehicle every couple of years and, in my experience, with this particular dealership, it was the worst ever. I strongly recommend that you reconsider doing business with this specific dealership. Dishonest, misleading, uncaring, unsafe, and fraud are all words that come to mind from my own experience. Caveat emptor....
Your sales associates really need to work on their customer service skills. They seemed really disinterested in helping us.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I have never left a poor review anywhere but this was terrible. I have been to multiple dealerships to look at various cars and just hadn’t found “the one” yet. I finally found a car that i loved and go to this dealership to view it and wanted to move forward with it but INSTEAD i had to deal with a pushy sales person who wouldn’t listen to me. Craig in service is horrible. Has no clue what he is talking about. I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler rubicon. Steering has been horrible since I got it. FCA just put out a new TSB saying the steering gear box is being replaced if vehicle is still under warranty which my Jeep is.. Craig said because I have a lift and aftermarket wheels my Jeep isn’t covered by warranty anymore. Well turns out FCA doesn’t agree with Craig and said I still have a warranty. Horrible experience. Left messages for Craig, Mike and manager of this store and never a return call. My sons car had a light on and alignment was so messed up after picking up his car it wasnt funny. Also called him to pick up his car after he did 24 hours before this. I could go on and on . I WILL be contacting corporation for the way this whole thing was handled.
I dropped my car off to this location for some work needed on my Dodge Durango in the middle of May. I understand times are anything but normal at the moment... I get that. I do not receive any follow up on my car unless I reach out. I have absolutely no timeline on when my car will be done and repaired.
