Horrible experience. Left messages for Craig, Mike and manager of this store and never a return call. My sons car had a light on and alignment was so messed up after picking up his car it wasnt funny. Also called him to pick up his car after he did 24 hours before this. I could go on and on . I WILL be contacting corporation for the way this whole thing was handled.
I dropped my car off to this location for some work needed on my Dodge Durango in the middle of May. I understand times are anything but normal at the moment... I get that. I do not receive any follow up on my car unless I reach out. I have absolutely no timeline on when my car will be done and repaired. TERRIBLE CAR SERVICE!! I brought my Jeep in because I noticed that the temp gauge was going over midpoint. And it never does that. I brought it in the first time they said there was a small leak in the radiator cap. So of course I asked them to go ahead and fix it. I purchased a car in 2019, the sales process overall was good and I'd definitely give them a high 4. That is to be expected - they want your money. And then they tell you to give them a 10 on their surveys and if you can't give them a 10, don't fill it out. Fast forward to December 2019. I started calling them on December 6 trying to get some information from the Business Office. Sales process and sales representative was great. However, be sure to verify everything and bring a calculator prior to signing. I found a rebate that was taken off. I also recommend not getting the warranty. I was told 5 times that I could cancel anytime with a FULL refund as long as I don't use the warranty and prior to the end of the factory warranty. Incredibly rude and unprofessional salesman. The truck I found online turned out to not be for sale after I did an application and went in to evaluate my trade to find the truck wasn’t for sale and it was a mistake “with the system”. You could return phone calls after the sale, for one. Your finance department is unethical. Does not return phone calls and avoid taking care of business. When we wanted to use our bank for financing, the financial wizard insisted we use their financer for better discounts. Which was a lie. Plus they are charging 6.2 interest rate. My husband, Brian Pretty, bought a 2011 Dodge Avenger at Tempe Dodge back in late September. He was at the dealership MORE THAN FIVE HOURS buying this car. They only figured out what they were doing when he threatened to walk. With a credit score of 716, he should have been approved for a loan and driving off the lot in two hours. If only I could give them 0 stars for terrible service. Going to a dealership is never exciting to begin with but sometimes you just have to suck it up and go. Haven't been in 5 years and now I see why. First get there and waited 40 minutes for someone to find the car and then come back and tell me the battery died and it needs time to charge.
