DO NOT buy a vehicle from here!!! The trade in was a Canadian vehicle, which they were aware of. Then they wait a month to call and tell us we owe them the amount of the trade in as they cannot get a title on the car, which we told them it is because it is a Canadian vehicle and there are no titles but there are pink slips. Nothing but major problems from this dealership!! Some have even gotten me pulled over because there employees dont care once they made the sale! Ive had have to go in there nine time because of the mistakes and whenever i ask to speak to someone in charge they arent there!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs
RecommendedOnly have had my Jeep Rubicon for a couple of weeks. Hard to evaluate in such a short time. I wish they would send the surveys in six months. The only thing I really didn't like is that "they will have to beg for forgiveness from the boss" for selling the vehicle so cheap. We all know this is BS. They won't sell a thing unless there is a profit

I bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT 392 with only 11k miles on it from Tempe Dodge and found the both rear tires were worn out. No tread left. TJ in sales agreed to replace the tires and referred me to John Crane. After the tires were installed I noticed they had put on the wrong tires, had the wrong air pressures, left the valve caps off and worst of all gouged and scarred both wheels all the way around. In for routine maintenance and a recall on my van. Work was done quickly and my questions about the fold in the floor seats were answered courteously.
Took my Jeep in for a recalled ignition switch. As a result of this recall my key did not fit into the new ignition. Tempe Jeep then told me that they would not cover the $260 price tag associated with getting a new key. This makes absolutely no sense. I would have never required a new key if I had not been given a faulty ignition switch in the first place. If you miss the old days of listening to cheezy sales people, waiting over 4 hours to complete the paperwork but still need to follow up over a week later. This is the place for you.
