Worst car deal experience we've ever had. Made a deal for a new Jeep over the phone last night, agreed to the price & told the salesperson (Johnny V) that we would be there this morning at 10am. & we drive 4 hrs this morning to pick up our new Jeep and only to get told that the price is now $1000 more than the price we agreed on. Went to see a 2015 Dodge and had my lender information with me. Of course three days later after we had signed paperwork we had to go physically into the store to see what was going on since no one was returning calls or emails. No one wanted to take the blame for poor customer service and after the three day waiting process to come and find out that the paper work needed to be changed with some information and we had to wait another 2 days for the truck. DO NOT buy a vehicle from here!!! The trade in was a Canadian vehicle, which they were aware of. Then they wait a month to call and tell us we owe them the amount of the trade in as they cannot get a title on the car, which we told them it is because it is a Canadian vehicle and there are no titles but there are pink slips. I was told by Gilbert, their Finance person, "well this is America." Nothing but major problems from this dealership!! Some have even gotten me pulled over because there employees dont care once they made the sale! Ive had have to go in there nine time because of the mistakes and whenever i ask to speak to someone in charge they arent there!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs
RecommendedOnly have had my Jeep Rubicon for a couple of weeks. Hard to evaluate in such a short time. I wish they would send the surveys in six months. The only thing I really didn't like is that "they will have to beg for forgiveness from the boss" for selling the vehicle so cheap. We all know this is BS. They won't sell a thing unless there is a profit

I bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT 392 with only 11k miles on it from Tempe Dodge and found the both rear tires were worn out. No tread left. TJ in sales agreed to replace the tires and referred me to John Crane. After the tires were installed I noticed they had put on the wrong tires, had the wrong air pressures, left the valve caps off and worst of all gouged and scarred both wheels all the way around.
