I was directed to Tempe Dodge for a recall on my cars air bags, I was told to call them and make an appointment and inform them of my recall #, they in turn were to check to make sure they had the part and set an appointment. I kept to appointment as directed, after 2 and a half hours of waiting, I was told I would have make another appointment because they didn't have the correct part. Tempe Dodge also charged me over 200 to install a 18.00 part that took ten minutes to install.
I've had so many great experiences with Tempe Dodge in the past. this last time for service on the power window, I submitted a oil change. They had it for 2 days and completed the repairs with a fair price, but totally forgot about oil change. Now I do it at a different time at somewhere closer to me because I wanted to take advantage of the time allowance this time.
This has been the worse car buying experience ever. I was looking for a new vehicle for my mom. A couple weeks ago I found a 2017 jeep Cherokee with 33 miles that had been purchased and then returned, I felt like it was financially a great deal. Nothing but a negative experience. I visited this location on June 22nd to purchase a vehicle which was a Jeep Wrangler Sport. We traded in our 2015 Nissan Sentra . Our transaction seem to be smooth. We were told we should receive our new license plate Within 3 to 5 business days. That was a false statement. We cancelled our license plate later as instructed 7 Days Later. Very Unhappy! Bought a brand new Jeep Renegade 2017 about 3 weeks ago. My car at this point has about 900 miles on it. Yesterday, I tried to turn on the car and it refused to shift gears.It was safe to drive so we took it to the dealership to get repaired. They told us after waiting 2 hours at the dealership that it broke because "We shifted it into gears without putting our foot on the brake"--not true, but we accepted it because we assumed it was a computer malfunction. Worst service department in the valley. I had to stop going there several year ago and contacted Chrysler to resolve my issues.
Worst car deal experience we've ever had. Made a deal for a new Jeep over the phone last night, agreed to the price & told the salesperson (Johnny V) that we would be there this morning at 10am. & we drive 4 hrs this morning to pick up our new Jeep and only to get told that the price is now $1000 more than the price we agreed on. The price was even more than the first price he had initially quoted us that was written down on his sales notes paper. Went to see a 2015 Dodge and had my lender information with me. Of course three days later after we had signed paperwork we had to go physically into the store to see what was going on since no one was returning calls or emails. No one wanted to take the blame for poor customer service and after the three day waiting process to come and find out that the paper work needed to be changed with some information and we had to wait another 2 days for the truck.
