Worst experience of my life ! And the sales person actually text me this because of the bad review he received for his lack of communication. I purchased the vehicle from Texas and when my car arrived in TX a month later smh the gas tank was barely on a quarter of a tank. I emailed the GM regarding the matter never heard anything! The lack of communication was terrible they were acting like I was inconvenience to them when I’m the paying customer ! I’ll never purchase another dodge vehicle again

I made an appt for an oil change on my day off, drove the 23 miles from my house to the service center, show up on time and am told that it's at least a 3 hour wait. They don't recommend appointments for oil change because you basically still have to wait in line behind everyone else. Wasted my time and gas! I'll go elsewhere from now on.

I’ve had to call the service department a handful of times and every single time they are so rude to me, it’s unbelievable. Today I called to explain an issue with my Jeep and the response was “And...?” And help me, that’s what! I will never come back here especially after my purchase experience was also terrible.

The service department needs to be supervised closer. One time we had oil change, came home and the car was smoking. come to find out oil was drained, but no new oil was put back in. Now recently we trusted Dodge with our A/C issues and over $3000 and 2 1/2 weeks later (we had to rent a car!) we finally took it home. My husband just now had to pull over on the 101 freeway becasue the engine was over heating. Apparently within that $3000 you guys couldnt afford to put in the coolant!!! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Worst most regretful experience with such a big purchase ever. They are pressure salesmen and refuse to hear your needs or requests. Purchased a 2018 dodge caravan 8/2/2018 and Went to the service center 8/25/2018 after we noticed a piece of our second row of seats had not been properly put together. Twice this month, I have given you an opportunity to earn my business, and both times you have failed miserably. The first time I was the only customer in the entire building and was surrounded by 4 salesmen who were so dysfunctional they couldn't decide who was actually in charge and quite literally embarrassed themselves enough that the initial salesman I spoke to followed me to my car and apologized. Nothing but negative things to say about this dealership. Went in 3 weeks ago and bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Worked with the sales lady (who was awesome) over the phone and through email and was told everything was good to go, when I got there I would sign the papers and be on my way.
