The absolute worst, when I finally got tired of trying to resolve the issues I filed a complaint with BBB. This business replied with half truth. Stay far away!!
I will never take my van to Tempe Kia for service again. I throughly explained what was wrong with my van and was supposedly advised the problem. Spent $800 and my issue still isn't fixed so I took it back and Paula said well it's going to cost you another $800?!?! WHAT?!?! What is the purpose of a diagnosis if you aren't going to fix the problem?! The response from Paula that I got was was well sometimes it's like that. Tempe Kia is god fkn awful! It would be easier to shoot yourself in the face then to deal with their service department! Zero percent solution orientated. Terrible communication. Everyone behind their counter sucks and takes zero responsibility for the lack of everything!!! 0 stars 🖕🏼 you Kia from the bottom of my heart!

Looked at their website looking for a car for my daughter, particularly a Kia Rio. I searched using their websites “search new car inventory”. The definition of “inventory” is goods currently on hand. I called them to ask a question about one Rio that was listed, had a stock number listed, the window sticker available etc only to find out that they didn’t actually have any Rios in stock. My name is David Lefland and I am having trouble with Tempe Kia returning my deposit. On May 3rd I went to purchase a vehicle at Tempe Kia. I am in the process of filing bankruptcy and was told that the loan was 100% guaranteed and there would not be an issue. First 2 service visits where good. Now this visit for oil change and 120k mileage service told the service guy I don’t need everything on the service “package” due to already have most of the work done. Then he tells me all they would do is fuel additive for $200. I said but under the service package you have a hole list of this he says well you don’t need that.... They have “salesmen” marking up prices on different selling groups of up to 25k. Take my advice and run away from this. If you’re interested to know which person I’m talking about please message me directly. Oh also, he refused to go “back and forth with a female”. Don’t fall for their deception.
