Follow and enforce the mask requirement posted on your entrance. I have immune-compromised people I am with everyday. I couldn't stay inside your store today. We had a surge of 11,000 new Covid cases on December 1 in Arizona, mostly in the Valley.

They posted an ad stating “If you have NEGATIVE EQUITY, WE WILL PAYOFF YOUR TRADE NO MATTER WHAT YOU OWE as part of the deal. FUNDS ARE LIMITED & WE URGE YOU TO CONTACT US.” I Called 5/20/2020 and asked about the deal and they said it was legit they have a $500,000 stimulus to go towards paying peoples vehicles, so I scheduled to go down and view the vehicle and negotiate pricing. They fail to tell you the facts on the lease return . Even when you ask three different employees . Making it sound like any miles you go over is a wash” customer appreciation” they call it.NOT TRUE!!!! I understand you need to make your profit but when asked how things work at least be honest , this lost my business and I will never recommend KIA for being so unethical. -low balled me by $1000 on tradein, they argued why Edmonds, Kelly, Carfax were wrong on tradein price. -I'm waiting for 2 weeks of refund of extended warranty

Do not shop at Tempe Kia. Have been working with them for a couple of days to purchase a Kia Soul. Was quoted the "Truecar" price. When it came down to the out the door price, they would not honor their qoute because of the car's unique color. Wanted $3,000+ more. Bad business practice!

Today marks 2weeks waiting to find out what is wrong with the Kia Sportage I bout on July 17th that broke down on July 21st. I still don't know what is happening to my car.. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM TEMPE KIA!!!!!

We had a poor experience in car shopping at Tempe Kia -I was assisting a friend to buy a new car after his car was totaled in an accident so we were ready to purchase as long as we could get a decent deal on a decent car -- we looked at the Kia optima - We went inside and spoke to a larger gentleman in a blue Allstate shirt and carried on for about an hour after the test drive we went in to work out a deal -- so the salesman played the "how much do you want your paymemt to be - what are you looking to pay and other payment ... read more
