Very disappointed in the service I received here. I had several recalls on my 14 Kia soul. I scheduled an appointment took my car in and when I got it back. The rear view Mirror was broken. I've got nothing but disappointment from them since it's not their fault. I sign something that Says they're not liable. I'm just curious who is liable in the situation. $3k markup over MSRP on a Río. 😂 And then trying to justify it by saying “you don’t really pay that if you trade the vehicle in before it’s paid off.” Seriously? So that $3k magically falls off my loan balance? Hard pass on the “family owned dealership” that’s shadier than any corporate dealer I’ve been to.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Would you eat at a restaurant with 2.5 stars? Well doing business with a car dealership with such negative Yelp reviews should raise some red flags as well.
