I purchased my car 6 months ago and I have had to go 3 times to the service center. Twice for tires (both had holes happen in the side wall and had to be replaced. the sorento is driven under 4 miles to work in light traffic) and once for engine noise and an oil change. I had a good experience with Jim the service Manager and came back when I had the second tire issue. Scott was the manager at this time. He was also helpful, but argumentative. My experience is with the Service side of the dealership. First let me say that when we purchase our Kia at Tempe we had a very good experience and are loyal to the place we make our purchases and this is where the story begins. In October we took our Kia in for some service work and the next day our car burst into flames and was a TOTAL loss.
