I love Dr. Thiessen, and literally everyone that works there is extremely helpful and friendly. Their location is great, I can walk over when needed. They've even taken the time to call me and talk through emergency chocolate eating and pup medication issues instead of making me schedule an appointment. I've never had a more helpful and easy to get in touch with vet, they are the best!
Our dog gets terrific treatment every time we have to take him here. The staff is very friendly and great with handling my dog. Unfortunately my dog was recently attacked and they were able to take him in and evaluate him immediately. They make appointments convenient and are always right on schedule.
Thank the doggy gods for this place. We had to rush our 4 month old puppy there when he started having seizures. I have never been so terrified in my life. They were so amazing to us. Went in on a referral from a friend. They were so attentive and caring with my dog. I like that they sit on the floor with the animals while examining them and check you out in the exam room versus the front lobby. It helped keep my dog very calm. They loaded me up with a free sample chews for her and made many recommendations for safe dog treats. They also educated me on various vaccines and heartworm meds (I haven't owned a dog before) and made sure all my questions got answered. I'm a happy customer!
One of the best vets that I've ever had. All the vets and team showed such love and care for my furkids. When I had to let go of my Pomeranians four years ago, there was such an outpouring of compassion that was amazing. If you are in the Denver area or are moving to the area, I highly recommend having Tender Touch take care of your furkids. You will not regret it!
Omg! This place is amazing! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!. We have been taking our 5 month old puppy here since she was an infant and every experience has been truly wonderful. Called this vet after being turned away by 4 others that were booked when my dog had gashed his knee. They were so amazing and accommodating!!
They accepted us without an appointment and immediately diagnosed we were so happy with the service here we are definitely coming back!
Tender Touch is amazing! I chose Tender Touch because of the wonderful referrals and close to my neighborhood, but they also saved my dog. They were quick to identify the problem, took time to explain to me the options, and were extremely friendly with me and gentle with my dog. Highly recommend!
