I have three pets that are always happy to wag tails on the way in...that says a lot right there. The staff and docs are fantastic. Have always been able to get in short notice. Services are very reasonably priced and communication is excellent. So happy to have this little gem so near by!

I can't say more great things about this clinic! The staff is warm and caring and Dr. Barr is fantastic. I take two of my dogs to see them and I also volunteer for Paws and Co and have taken a few animals in for check ups. With every experience I have always left happy and well educated about my pets! I would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Tender Touch, everyone was really helpful and made me feel at ease during a stressful time with my kitty. Her surgery went excellent and she is recovering great. I highly recommend!!!

From Justine opening the door to greet us, Dr. Graf's time and energy answering my questions, and Fabiana wrapping up my appointment, I couldn't have been happier. Everyone at Tender Touch was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful--something I truly needed as a new dog owner. Dr. Rose Barr is awesome! I took my kitty in today for some updated shots (we're driving across the country, then moving to Hawaii) and she was awesome. Very kind, understanding of my situation, listened to my concerns and addressed them all. She wasn't rushed, she made me feel very good as a pet owner in general. I had had a questionable experience before, but with this vet, 5-star service. Dr. Barr was amazing, as was the red haired, inked vet tech. Awesome experience today!

Tender Touch has been a wonderful vet for my 14 year old girl. My border collie mix has seen a host of different veterinarians who have tried to treat a respiratory problem she has had throughout the years, but after having her treated here she's like a different dog! They were also able to clean her teeth very nicely, which at her age I don't think I would trust anyone else to do. I absolutely recommend this vet, especially for senior dogs.

Hands down, the best vet I've ever been to. I have an 80 pound rottie-lab who is very anxious about the vet. His previous visit (to another company) didn't go well so I called ahead to chat with the staff about making his experience more positive (for me and my doggie). The receptionist was reassuring and took the time to discuss my concerns, rather than rushing me through. We LOVE Tender Touch! As new pet owners, we were a little bit overly cautious so we've brought in our dog a few times. Dr. Thiessen is phenomenal and always has your pets best interest in mind. I love that they follow up the next day as well. We've never had a problem with the scheduling and they're usually able to get us in a few days after we make our call.
