We've always had a great experience here. The staff is kind and they provide great care. Dr. Thiessen was amazing to our German shepherd through most of his life, until the very end when she helped him pass peacefully. Thank you all for taking such great care of our dog.

Every single person that works at tender touch is amazing. My heart goes out to them. They work very hard at that office. It actually offends me to read bad reviews about this place. If you had a bad experience, it's probably your fault. These people care about animals and that's what is important. F-the negative reviews. This is the best vet ever! Ever!!!!!

After taking our Tootsie Roll here for the past two years we simply cannot enough nice things about the staff and facilities. We use the health plan offered and it is an excellent way to maintain preventive care.

First of all, to the woman declawing your cat, you deserved the judgement. What you did is completely inhuman. Shame on you. Train your cat, it's not that hard. Wow, I can't believe you tried to screw the most caring vet hospital in town over your abuse. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tender Touch. They make my pets feel like they are the most special fur kids in the world. Could not lift this vet higher if I tried. My cat has been going here for 5 years and he loves everyone who works here. Recently my partner adopted a 10 week-old German Shepard, and she is also fell in love. She didn't even want to leave when it was time. Honesty I am so blessed to have found these amazing people. I was new to Denver last year and needed to find a vet for my old 10 year old pooch. I'm very picky about vets obviously because penny has been my best friend since I was SIXTEEN years old. In January she had some trouble with her eye and they had me coming in whenever I needed and took such great care of her. By far the beat vet hospital in Denver. I've been coming here for 3 years. I mostly work with Dr. Graff who is so friendly, direct, and knowledgeable. I never feel like they're trying to up sell me on something or encourage unnecessary products or procedures. They've always been 100% transparent about the cost. Doesn't matter what doctor my English bulldog sees, they are all amazing!! Front desk is always so sweet even though I ask 1000 questions. They will always call back and answer! AND they always call the following day to ask how your pet is doing if they were ill! Ugh so happy we found Tender Touch! It speaks for itself!

I take my 2 cats and dog there and they've received excellent care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We mostly see Dr. Graff and Dr. Barr and both go the extra mile to make sure my animals are happy and healthy. Dr. Thiessen is also very knowledgeable and thorough. My senior pup has arthritis and IBD and requires frequent check-ins. She's my whole world and the vets have always made me feel like she's their top priority.
